A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, Council has completed the candidate interview process to fill vacancies which
have occurred on various boards and commissions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council ofthe City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Todd Zimmerman is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Amy Salay on
the Planning & Zoning Commission, a term which expires on March 31, 2004.
Section 2. John Messineo is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Timothy
Lecklider on the Planning & Zoning Commission, a term which expires on March 31,
2003.
Section 3. Randy Roth is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Barry Burton on the
Community Services Advisory Commission, a term which expires on March 31, 2003,

I Section 4. Christopher Hogan is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Michael

I Doshier on the Community Services Advisory Commission, a term which expires on March
31, 2002, and is hereby appointed to a three-year term beginning April 1 , 2002 and expiring
I on March 31, 2005.

i Section 5. Bangalore Shankar is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Mark Hutchins
I
I on the Building Construction Appeals Board, a term which expires on March 31, 2004.

,I Section 6. Jeffrey Ferezan is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Todd Zimmerman

!! on the Board of Zoning Appeals, a term which expires on March 31, 2003,

!i Section 7. The above-named persons shall serve until a successor is appointed or until death,

!! resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.

Ii compensation as established by City Council. The other commission members appointed
