I A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
"
BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process for board and commission
candidates.
NOW, TtEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. John Messineo is hereby reappointed to a four-year term on the Planning &
Zoning Commission, a term which expires on March 31,2007.
Section 2. Jeff Ferezan is hereby reappointed to a three-year term and Drew Skillman
is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Board of Zoning Appeals, terms which
expire on March 31,2006. Ray Harpham is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of
Jennifer Malinoski on the Board of Zoning Appeals, a term which expires on March 31,
2004.
Section 3. Tom Holton and Allan Staub are hereby reappointed to three-year terms on
the Architectural Review Board, terms which expire on March 31,2006.
Section 4. Randy Roth is hereby reappointed to a three-year term and Bill Estabrook
is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Community Services Advisory
Commission, terms which expire on March 31,2006.
Section 5. Duane Warns is hereby appointed to a three-year term as the City Council
representative to the Dublin Convention & Visitors Bureau Board, a term which expires
on March 31,2006.

Section 6. Todd Manifold and Melinda Carr are hereby appointed to one-year terms on
the Natural Resources Advisory Commission, terms which expire on March 31,2004.
Section 7. Kevin Casey is hereby reappointed to a three-year term and Gail Messineo
is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Parks and Recreation Advisory
Commission, terms which expire on March 31,2006.
Section 8. Rich Richardson is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Personnel
Board of Review, a term which expires on March 31,2006.
Section 9. The above-named persons shall serve until a successor is appointed or until
death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 10. The member of Planning & Zoning Commission herein appointed shall
receive compensation as established by City Council. The other members appointed
herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 11. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4.04(a)
of the Revised Charter.
