A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
THE DEVELOPMENT CODE REVISION TASK FORCE.
WHEREAS, the City Council has completed the interview process for candidates for
the Development Code Revision Task Force.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
~ of the elected members concurring, that:
Sedion 1 James Houk is hereby appointed as the Dublin Chamber of Commerce
representative to the Task Force.
Sedion ? Mark Gialluca is hereby appointed as the Commercial Development
Community representative to the Task Force.
Section 1 Stephen Caplinger, as recommended by the Building Industry
Association, IS hereby appointed as Residential Development Community
representative to the Task Force.
Sedion 4 William Mullett and Samuel Lillard are hereby appointed as Citizen at-
large representatives to the Task Force.
Se~tion S Richard Gerber and Richard Ritchie are hereby appointed as Planning
and Zoning Commission representatives to the Task Force.
Section () Marilee Chinnici-Zuercher, Timothy Lecklider, and John Reiner are
hereby appointed as City Council representatives to the Task Force.

hereby appointed by City Council as Chairperson and Vice Ch lrperson, respectively,
of the Task Force.
Section R This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage, III
