A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
COMMUNITY SERVICES ADVISORY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, Richard Termeer is unable to accept the appointment to a three-
year term on the Community Services Advisory Commission; and
WHEREAS, Council has agreed upon a candidate to fill this position,
NOW, THEREF7E' BE IT RESOLVED by the Council 01 the City 01 Dublin,
State of Ohio,' of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1, Robin Campbell is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the
Community Services Advisory Commission, a term which expires on March
31,2007.
Section 2, The above-named person shall serve until a successor is
appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by
City Council.
Section 3, The member appointed herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 4, This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under
Section 4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
