A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process for board and commission candidates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio,!J--
of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Todd Zimmerman is hereby reappointed to a four-year term on the Planning &
Zoning Commission, a term which expires on March 31,2008.
Section 2. Richard Taylor is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the Architectural
Review Board, and Kevin Bales is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Architectural
Review Board, terms which expire on March 31,2007.
Section 3. Ray Harpham is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the Board of Zoning
Appeals, a term which expires on March 31,2007.
Section 4 Thomas Merritt and Randy Roth are hereby appointed to one-year terms on the
Community Services Advisory Commission, terms which expire on March 31,2005; Bill
Estabrook and David Cecutti are hereby appointed to two-year terms on the Community
Services Advisory Commission, terms which expire on March 31,2006; and
Todd Manifold, Melinda Carr and Richard Termeer are hereby appointed to three-year terms
on the Community Services Advisory Commission, terms which expire on March 31,2007.
Section 5 Craig Baldridge is hereby reappointed to a three-year term as the City Council
representative to the Dublin Convention & Visitors Bureau Board, a term which expires on March
31,2007.
Section 6 S. Kay Wilhelm is hereby appointed to a three-year term as Council representative to
the Dublin Fund, a term which expires on March 31,2007.
Section 7. Chris Curry is hereby reappointed to a two-year term as City representative to the
Dublin Arts Council, a term which expires on March 31,2006.
Section 8. Amy Edwards Taylor and Bridget Dritz are hereby appointed to three-year terms on
the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission, terms which expire on March 31,2007.
Section 9. Bangalore Shankar is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Brent Davis on the
Board of Zoning Appeals, a term which expires on March 31,2005.
Section 10. Keith Blosser is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Board of Zoning
Appeals, a term which expires on March 31,2007.
Section 11. Anthony Collins is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Keith Blosser on the
Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission, a term which expires on March 31,2005.
Section 12. Alice Robinson Bond is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Personnel
Board of Review, a term which expires on March 31,2007.
Section 13. Each of the above-named persons shall serve until a successor is appointed or until
death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 14. The member of Planning & Zoning Commission herein appointed shall receive
compensation as established by City Council. The other members appointed herein shall serve
without compensation.
Section 15. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4.04(a) of the
Revised Charter.
