A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO A
FOUR-YEAR TERM ON THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN

WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process for board and
commission candidates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. ~ ec;( Sa h eho/-f2- is hereby appointed to a
four-year term on the Planning & Zoning Commission, a term which expires
on March 31, 2010,
Section 2. The above-named person shall serve until a successor is
appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by
City Council.
Section 3. The member of Planning & Zoning Commission herein
appointed shall receive compensation as established by City Council.
Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under
Section 4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
