ORDINANCE NO. ) 3. /,7 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN
ORDINANCE A UTHORIZING THE MA YOR TO ENTER
INTO CONTRACTS FOR THE PURCHASE AND THE
INSTALLATION OF AN OVERHEAD GAS HEATER FOR
THE VILLAGE GARAGE AND TO EXPEND UP TO
$400.00 THEREFOR AND DECLARING EMERGENCY
I \NHEREAS, council has determined that it is necessary to
purchase an overhead gas heater for the village garage.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by council of the Village

of Dublin, State of Ohio, /. of the elected members concurring:

I SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he hereby is, authorized
I
to enter into contracts for the purchase and installation of an overhead gas
heater for the village garage and to expend up to $400. 00 therefor.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance be, and it hereby is, declared
to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public safety for the reason that such heater is necessary immediately
to prevent the freezing of cinders stored in said village garage.
