ORDINANCE NO. '2 () ....~ ~, VILLAGE OF DUBLIN
ORDINANCE CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT
OF BUILDING INSPECTOR
WHEREAS, Mose Myers has resigned as Building Inspector
of the Village; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Tom Dorsey as the new I
Building Inspector for the Village; and

! WHEREAS, council is of the opinion that said Tom Dorsey is a I
qualified and suitable person for such office and has given its advice, ap- I
I
prova1 and consent to said appointment.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by council of the Village
of Dublin, State of Ohio, L of the elected members concurring:
Section I. That the appointment by the Mayor of
Tom Dorsey as the Building Inspector of the Village
be, and it hereby is confirmed.
Section II. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after the earliest period allowed
by law.
