ORDINANCE NO, /r - (, 7 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO I AN OR DINANCE AMENDING SEC TION 68. 10 OF THE I VILLAGE CODE OF 1955 I I BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of I I I Ohio, .s- of the elected members concurring: II SECTION I. That Section 68. 10 of the Village Code of 1955 be and II it hereby is amended to read as follows: I, "No suspicious person shall be in the Village of ,I Dublin. The following shall be deemed suspicious persons: 'I (a) Any person, not being licensed by State or I Federal law, who has illegal possession or 'I custody of any narcotic, drug or opiate; (b) Any person found loitering or strolling in, driving about or upon any street, public way or place or at any public gathering or in or around any business or commercial establishment or on any private property without lawful business, or conducting himself in a lewd, wanton or lascivious manner in speech or behavior; Ii (c) Any person who goes about begging or places il himself in or upon any public place to beg, or who lives idly and without visible means of support; L I I (d) Any person upon whose person or in whose possession shall be found any instrument, tool II or other implement for picking locks or pockets ,I or any implement that is usually employed or 'I I that may reasonably be inferred to have been I de signed to be employed in the commis sion of any II felony, misdemeanor or the violation of any ordinance, and who shall fail to account satisfactor- ily for the possession of the same; (e) Any person who keeps, frequents, operates, I I lives in, loiters or idles in or around or is employed in any house of ill fame, gambling establishment, or establishment where intoxicat- ing liquor is sold without a license; (f) Any vagrant, habitual disturber of the peace, known pic kpoc ket or per son known to obtain his living by criminal means and practices or is known to be a companion and associate of criminals or other dis solute per sons. II Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than $50.00. SECTION 2.
