IS..- r:~ l' , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PERSONS FROM DISTURBING THE PEACE AND QUIET OF THE VILLAGE BY MAKING UN- I NECESSAR Y NOISE IN THE OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE OR MOTORCYCLE AND PRESCRIBING PENALTY BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, -5'..~ of the elected members concurring: SECTION 1. No person shall disturb the peace and quiet of the Village by making unneces sar y noise in the operation of a motor vehicle or motorcycle by any of the following: (a) By squealing the tires on the pavement through unnecessary rapid accelerating, deceleration or abrupt turns with a vehicle. (b) By racing the motor of a vehicle so as to cause an unnecessary loud noise to be emitted from the exhaust system, regardless of the type of the exhaust system. (c) By creating any further noise in the operation of a vehicle which is not necessary to the normal operation of such vehicle. I SECTION 2. Whoever violates Section 1 of this ordinance shall be fined not more than $50.00. SEC TION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
