ORDINANCE CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT I

OF STREET COMMISSIONER

WHEREAS, the Mayor, has appointed Adam Hirth I
as Street Commissioner of the Village for the year 1969; and
WHEREAS, council is of the opinion that said Adam
Hirth is a suitable person for such office.
NOW THEREFORE, BE tT ORDAINED by council of I
the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, n of the elected members I
