TO BE KNO\VN AS THE CAROLS. KENSEDY
LIBRARY OR PARK TRUST FUI\YD.
WHEREAS, Mr. Carol S. Kennedy has offered to make a
gift to the Village for the purpose of encouraging and helping w establish a
public library within the Village or for the purpose of better equipping,
improving or expanding, a library properly established, or for the
purpose of purchasing land for eventual use as a public park or for
the purpose of equiping or maintaining a public park otherwise eS'cc:..b-
lished, or for such other purposes as Council may subsequently deter-
mine but limited nevertheless to the creation and/or operation of a
public library or public park; and
WHEREAS, Council desires to create a special fund to
be known as the Carol S. Kennedy Library or Park Trust Fund :or
said purposes and to accept Mr. Kennedy's gift and pay same into said
fund:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council
of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, j/ of the members
elected thereto concurring:
THA T Council hereby requests authority from the
Bureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public Offices
to create the Carol S. Kennedy Library or Park Trust
Fund for the purposes stated in the preamble hereto.
