ORDINANCE NO. G'~ () 9 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE REAPPOINTMENT
OF ORVILLE JOHN MOFFITT AS A MEMBER
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE
OF DUBLIN, OHIO FOR A SIX YEAR TERM
WHEREAS, Orville John Moffitt was appointed as a
member of the Village Planning Commission for a term beginning
January 1, 1965 and ending on January 1, 1969: and
WHEREAS, the mayor has reappointed Orville John
Moffitt to serve as a member of the Village Planning Commission for
a six year term commencing January 1, 1969 and ending January 1,
1975: and
WHEREAS, council is of the opinion that said Orville
John Moffitt is qualified for such appointment:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the council
of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, 0l~ of the
elected members concuring.
Section I. That the appointment by the mayor of Orville
John Moffitt as a member of the Village Planning Commission
for a six year term commencing January 1, 1969 and ending
January 1, 1975 be and it hereby is confirmed.
Section II. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after the earliest period allowed by
law.
