03-69 Ordinance . - ORDINANCE NO. OJ .( 1 VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO ORDINANCE EMPLOYING SOLICITOR AND SETTING THE COMPENSA TION OF SAID SOLICITOR BE IT O~DAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, k of the members elected thereto concurring: Section 1. That Donald G. Rose, Attorney at Law, be, and he hereby is employed as Village Solicitor for the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the year 1969; that said Solicitor shall be paid the sum of $ 300. 00 per year for attending sixteen (16) Council meetings per year; that said Solicitor shall be paid the sum of $ I / :: I) per hour for the preparation of Ordinances, Resolutions, Memoranda, Contracts and legal opinions; that said Solicitor shall be paid the sum of. $ II .:;- I') per hour for attendance at Mayorl s Court; that said Solicitor shall be paid the sum of $ 150.00 per day for all trial . work; that said Solicitor shall be paid the sum of $ I j ,~- (> per hour for legal services incident to the prosecution or defense of legal proceedings; that for legal services incident to all public improvements, including the preparation of legal opinions on aspects of said improvement programs, the preparation of all memoranda contracts, correspondence and the like, and for service in connection with the issuance of bonds, and notes and payment thereof, said Solicitor shall be paid the sum of $ 200. 00 plus 2% of the total costs of said improvements, and that said Solicitor shall bill the Village of Dublin quarterly and shall be paid quarterly for all services rendered as Solicitor. Section 2. That this Ordinance be and the same hereby is declared to be an emergency measure necessary to the public safety and general welfare of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reason that the Village has an immediate need for the services of a Solicitor, and that this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage. 07"- Passed this ~D day , 1969. ~ I;:'
