AN ORDI~NCE CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT I

OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE
OF DUBLIN, OHIO I

WHEREAS, _ Adam Hirth was appointed as a member of the I
I
Planning Commission for a term beginning January 1, 1965 and ending I
on January 1, 1971 ; and 1

I
WHEREAS, in 1967 the said Adam Hirth resigned his Insition as ,
I
I
a member of the Planning Commission and Clark Coffman was appointed i
I
I
by the mayor to fill the vacancy for the unexpired portion of said term; ~
and I
I
I
WHEREAS, subsequently Clark Coffman died while still holding 1
said office and Gerald Macklin was appointed by the mayor to fill the 1
I

vacancy for the unexpired portion of said term; and I

WHEREAS, said Gerald Macklin has resigned his said postion :

to become a member of council; and ,

of the term originally held by Adam Hirth, i. e. for a term ending I

is qualified for such appointment:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the council of the Villag
of Dublin, State of Ohio, ,S/X of the elected members
concurring.
