I ORDINANCE NO. 1 6 - 6 8 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT
OF GERALD MACKLIN AS A MEMBER OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF
DUBLIN, OHIO.
WHEREAS, Adam Hirth was appointed as a member of the
Planning Commission for a term beginning January 1, 1965 and ending on
January 1, 1971; and,
WHEREAS, in 1967 the said Adam Hirth resigned his position
as a member of the Planning Commission and Clark Coffman was appointed
by the mayor to fill the vacancy; and
WHEREAS, the death of Clark Coffman has again created a
vacancy in said Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Gerald Macklin to serve
as a member of the Planning Commission for the unexpired portion of Adam
Hirth's original term; i e for a term ending on January 1, 1971; and
WHEREAS, council is of the opinion that said Gerald Macklin
is qualified for such appointment.
NOW THEREFORE, B:~.,IT ORDAINED by the council of the
Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, ,-j of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the appointment by the Mayor of
Gerald ~lin as a member of the Planning Comm-
