ORDINANCE NO. 14 - 6 8 ,VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE REMOVAL OF
COPIES OF ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, AND
NOTICES POSTED BY CLERK, AND IMPOSING
PENALTY
BE IT ORDAINED by the council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, t, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. No person, except the Village Clerk or a person
acting under his direction, shall remove any copy of an ordinance,
resolution or notice which has been posted by the Village Clerk or his
representative pursuant to a requirement of law.
SECTION 2. Whoever violates the provisions of this ordin-
ance shall be fined not more than $
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest period allowed by la
