12-68 Ordinance .... -- ...... ....... ,.. ,r ,../ 77 L) - (.-8 ORDINANCE NO, 12- 68 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING LOWEST AND BEST BID FOR GARBAGE AND RUBBISH COLLECTING AND HAULING SERVICE TO THE VILLAGE; A UTH- ORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE CONTRACT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY c- WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance i 0 - 6 ~ids have been received for garbage and rubbish collecting and hauling service to the Village; and WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of ;/EJClIJI-cC:;:;- 'i?E7::/ Jt;F"' II/) U J... i LJ;}S the lowest and best bid; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: SECTION 1. L:..c 2---;:::L/S~ fl4UA 1,01 for garbage and rubbish collecting and hauling service to the Vi lage be, and it hereby is accepted, SECTION 2, That the Mayor and Clerk be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a contract in the name of the Village, with the said IICJCJLJL(...:...e:;;= 2::::P:')5L-==- /IA(J~'I A..J4- for said service according to the terms contained in the form attached hereto which is hereby made a part of this ordinance. SECTION 3, That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preser- vation of the public health and safety for the reason that a garbage and rubbish collection contract is presently needed to protect the health and safety of the residents of the Village since the current contract expires March 5, 1968 and that this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
