ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE A PPOINTMENT OF I

GEORGE W. EGER AS POLICEMAN OF THE VILLAGE I
AND SETTING HIS COMPENSATION. I

WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed George W. Eger as I
,
policeman of the Village; and i

I
I WHEREAS, Council is of the opinion that the said George W. I
i
i
i Eger is a suitable person for such appointment;
i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the I
I Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, S- of the elected members
, concurring: !
I
I
I SECTION 1. That the appointment by the Mayor of George W.
i
! Eger, as policeman of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, be, and it
hereby is conf irmed. I
SECTION 2. That the said George W. Eger shall be paid at
I the rate of $3. 00 per hour for such time as he is on. police duty
I as special policeman of the Village.

SECTION 3. That the said policeman shall only perform
police duty upon the direction of the Mayor, or in the Mayor's
absence, by direction of the president pro tempore of Council.
I SE CTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
I force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
