ORDINANCE NO. C7-G-,P:, . VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO HIRE PART TIME EMPLOYEES OF THE
VILLAGE FOR STREET AND RIGHT OF WAY
" MAINTENANCE, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO AGREE TO PAY SUCH EMPLOYEES
AT A RATE NOT TO EXCEED $3.00 PER HOUR.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State

of Ohio. -_.:) of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the mayor be and he hereby is
authorized and directed to hire, on behalf of council
and the Village, such part time employees to perform
spot labor as he, in his discretion, feels is necessary
to properly maintain the streets and rights of way in
t he Village. The spot labor contemplated herein
shall include. but not be limited to, snow removal,
spreading cinders. spreading salt and weed cutting.
SECTION 2. That the mayor be and he hereby is
authorized and directed to agree, on behalf of
council and the Village, to pay such employees
such amount. not to exceed $3.00 per hour, as
the mayor, in his discretion. feels is necessary
to induce suitable employees to perform such
spot labor.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance be and the same
hereby is declared to be an emergency measure
necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public health and safety, for the reason that the
Village is in immediate need of such employees,
and that this ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
