ORDINANCE NO. ()(, -t., t') , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
RAISING COMPENSATION OF DEPUTY
MARSHALLS JOHN THOMAS AND JOHN
BROWN.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, _.:) of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That from and after the effective date of this
ordinance Deputy Marshalls John Thomas and John Brown
shall be paid $3. 00 per hour for such time as they are on
duty as Deputy Marshalls for the Village.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall supercede the
previous ordinances setting the compensation of John
Thomas and John Brown as Deputy Marshalls, and that
all provisions of said previous ordinances inconsistent
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby
is declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace and safety, for
the reason that it is necessary in order to maintain and
improve the police protection of the Village; and that this
ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
