ORDINANCE NO. t" "3 -(,.8 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT
OF STREET COMMISSIONER AND SETTING THE
COMPENSATION OF SAID STREET COMMISSIONER.

/ WHEREAS, the Mayor h~s appointed Adam Hirth as Street
Com{llissioner of the Village for the term beginning on the first Monday
in .January, 1968 and ending on the first Monday in January, 1969; and,
y WHEREAS, council is of the opinion that said Adam Hirth
is qualified and suitable for such appointment.
r NOW THEREFOR'E, BE IT ORDAINED by the council of the
Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, ';:5--- ,.of the elected members concurring;

Section I. That the appointment by the Mayor of

Adam Hirtn as Street Commissioner of the Village
for the term beginning on the first Monday in January,
1968 and ending on the first Monday in January, 1969,
