ORDINANCE NO. [/-(,6, VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING TIME AND
PLACE FOR THE HOLDING OF COUNCIL
MEETINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, ~5 of the elected members concurring:
Section I. The council shall, except as other-
wise provided in this ordinance, meet in regular
session at the council chambers located at 129
S. High Street, within the Village, at 8 :00 P. M.
on the first and third Monday of each month.
Section 2. Should any holiday fall upon the
date for a regular meeting, said regular meeting
shall be held on the following Monday night unless
another date within the same month is appointed
by council at the preceding regular meeting.
Section 3. The mayor or any three members
of council may call special meetings upon at
least twelve hours' notice to each member,
served personally or left at his usual place of
res idence.
Section 4. In addition to the ways prescribed
in Section 3 of this ordinance, for calling special
meetings, special meetings of council may also
be called by a resolution unanimously passed by
council at any meeting.
Section 5. Any and all ordinances and resolu-
tions now in effect which are inconsistent with the
provisions hereof are hereby repealed.
Section 6. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after the earliest period
allowed by law.
