ORDINANCE No.2 1 - f,? ,VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT ON
BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALL-
ATION OF A FURNACE, DUCTS, VENTS, AND INSULATION
FOR THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AND FOR THE EXCAVATING,
PLUMBING , WIRING , AND OTHER THINGS INCIDENTAL AND

NECESSARY THERETO.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 0 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he hereby is, authorized
and directed to enter into a contract on behalf of the village
with the Favret Company, 55 East Goodale Street, Columbus, Ohio
for the purchase and installation of a Williamson gas fired
horizonal furnace of 85,000 BTU input, in the basement of the
municipal building at 129 South High Street, Dublin, Ohio; for
the purchase and installation of five warm air outlets, two return
airs, and a Model B vent; for the blowing of four inches of Hogan
Cellulose insulation in the attic ceiling; and for the excavation,
plumbing, wiring, and all other things incidental and necessary
to the installation thereof. Provided, however, that the entire
cost thereof, to the village of Dublin shall not exceed $800.00.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, for the
reason that the municipal building has no heating facilities and
that there is an immediate need therefor; and that this ordinance
shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
