ORDINANCE NO., / 7 -c.'l , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
ORDINANCE CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT
OF VILLAGE FIRE PREVENTION OFFICER
WHEREAS, the Mayor, with the advise and consent of
council, has appointed Alan Hittepole as village Fire Prevention
Officer to serve until his resignation or removal; and
WHEREAS, council is of the opinion that said Alan
Hittepole is a suitable person for such office.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by councilaf the village
of Dublin, State of Ohio, ,- of the elected members concurring:

Section 1. That the appointment by the mayor of Alan
Hittepole as village Fire Prevention Officer to serve until his
resignation or removal, be and it hereby is confirmed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
