ORDINANCE NO. 1 6 - 6? , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES
AND BONDS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS OF
THE VILLAGE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring.
Section 1. That, effective January I, 1968, the salary of the
Mayor shall be $1, 200.00 per annum, payable in equal monthly installments,
and he shall give bond in the sum of $1, 000.00.
Section 2. That, effective January I, 1968, the salary of the
Clerk-Treasurer shall be $1, 200.00 per annum, payable in equal monthly
installments, and he shall give bond in the sum of $5, 000.00.
Section 3. That all members of council elected at the 1967
General Election and thereafter shall be paid a compensation of $7.50 for
each council meeting, regular or special, which they attend.
Section 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsis-
tant herewith be repealed and that this ordinance take effect from and after
the earliest period allowed by law.
