ORDINANCE NO. ~" VILLAGE OF DUBLIN" OHIO
AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT
OF ADAM HIRTH AS STREET COMMISSIONER OF
THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN" OHIO" AND SETTING
THE COMPENSATION OF SAID STREET COMMIS-
SIONER.
WHEREAS" the Mayor has appointed Adam Hirth as Street Com-
missioner of the Village for a term beginning June 19" 1967 and ending on the
first Monday in January, 1968; and"
WHEREAS" council is of the opinion that said Adam Hirth is
qualified for such appointment.
NOW THEREFOR~" BE IT ORDAINED by the council of the Village
of Dublin, State of Ohio, ...s of the elected members concurring:
Se ction 1. That the appointment by the Mayor of
Adam Hirth as Street Commissioner of the Village
for a term commencing June 19, 1967 and ending on
the first Monday in January, 1968" be and it hereby
is confirmed.
Section 2. That the Street Commissioner shall be
paid $1.50 for each hour he spends fulfilling his duties
to the Village.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after the earliest period allowed
by law.
