ORDINANCE NO. 1/-~7, OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN# OHIO
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN ZONING
OF PROPERTY HEREAFTER DESCRIBED FROM RESI-
DENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL.
.., WHEREAS, council of the Village of Dublin# Ohio, has submitted to
~ the Planning Commission the proposed modification changing the zoning of the
following described property from residential to commercial and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has approved the proposed
change and,
WHEREAS, council did set the matter down for public hearing giving
due notice thereof according to law and,
WHEREAS# said public hearing was held on the .b:m. day of ..Ju"x= ,
1966.
NOW THEREFORE# BE IT ORDAINED by the.€ouncil' of the Village
of Dublin# State of Ohio# *1 of the elected members concurring:
(, SECTION 1: That the following described property in the Village of

. Dublin# County of Franklin# State of Ohio# shall be and it hereby is zoned for
commercial use and made a part of the Commercial B District.
Beginning at a point in the easterly property line of a certain

Christine B. McClelland a distance of 72.47 feet North 50 37' 4"
East from the south corner of said tract (which southeast corner
lies., in centerline of the present U. S. Route 33); thence from
said beginning point and along the presently established northerly
right of way line for the expanded U. S. Route 33 W. 00 55' 56"
S. 181. 31 feet to a point;
thence W. 120 48' 15/1 N. 231.63 feet to a point;
thence N. 10 04' 02/1 E. 24.1 feet to a point;
thence N. 460 04' 02/1 E. 180. 5 feet to a point;
thence E. 00 55' 5~" N. 300.0 feet to a point in the
