ORDINANCE NO. 09 - ~ ('VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. "3-54;
I
IMPOSING AN ADDITIONAL REGULATION ON THE USE
OF PROPERTY WITHIN THE INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
l"'-"I. WHEREAS, on F<=-r!>KUAe ,/Jp 1967, it was suggested by the
. Planning Commission that territory in the Industrial District lying within
300 feet of the North Branch Indian Run. be restricted to recreational use;

WHEREAS, on !r=-,sRUAf.Y AD , 1967, this ordinance was intro-
duced to Council; and
WHEREAS, on MARC H fa , 1967, this ordinance was submitted
to the Planning Commission for approval, disapproval or suggestions; and
WHEREAS, on ---.l!:1Ae.CH 8 , 1967, the Planning Commission re-
ported to council that it approved and recommended passage of said ordinance;
and
WHEREAS, on rvJ AK.c H -:::CO , 1967, Council set the matter down
for public hearing; and
WHEREAS, on J!1A~(' ~ Zo , 1967, the text of this ordinance
together with the report of the Planning Commission was filed for public in-
spection in the office of the Clerk where it has since remained; and

hearing was held.
- NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village
of Dublin, State of Ohio, 10 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That Section 4 of Article 1 of Ordinance No. 3- 54, be
and it hereby is amended as follows:
"Territory in the .
Sub-Section 4. (b) as follows is added thereto.
Industrial District lying within 300 feet of the North Branch of Indian Run shall
be used only for recreational purposes and no building or other structure shall
be erected or placed in the Industrial District within 300 feet of the North
Branch of Indian Run except buildings and structures which are appropriate to
and used for recreational purposes fl.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
