BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State I . f, of Ohio, of the elected members concurring: SECTION 1. That no persorp shall stop, stand or park a vehicle Av~D upon any street or alley, 23 feet or less inAw idth when properly sign posted, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a Police Officer or a traffic control device. SECTION 2. That whoever violates the provisions of Section 1 hereof shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less -00 Z....oo than $ 0,- , nor more than $ , ~, ~ SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall not be deemed to make lawful any act which has heretofore been ordained unlawful. SECTION 4. That the Marshall be and he hereby is directed to post signs prohibiting parking along all streets and alleys which are 23 feet or les s in width. SECTION 5.
