I \.. to Article I of Ordinance 3-54 was proposed to council; and WHEREAS, on JAAJU!l e-r q , 1967, said proposed amendment was submitted by council to the Planning Commission for approval, disap- proval, or suggestions; and WHEREAS, on J"AJo.)vA~ '( ~O 1967, the Planning Commission I reported in writing to council that it unanimously recommended said pro- posed amendment; and I WHEREAS, on Fa5eUfJ(Z.'( :z.O, 1967, the report of the Planning Commission together with the text of the proposed amendment was filed in the office of the Clerk where it has been available for public inspection ever since; and WHEREAS, on Aptc I J- '7 ' 1967, council held a public hear- ing thereon after giving due and proper notice thereof; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, STATE OF OHIO, 10 of the elected ,.... members concurring: I W SECTION I.
