ORDINANCE NO. OZ-~7 VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
AUTHORIZING CANCELLEATION OF LEASE
HERETOFORE ENTERED INTO AND EXE-
CUTION OF NEW LEASE.
I '\ WHEREAS, on the first day of August, 1966, the Village of
Dublin leased part of Lot 146 of the Village of Dublin from the Pure
- Oil Company pursu,ant to Ordinance No. 17-66, and
WHEREAS, the lease so entered into contained a mistaken
description of the property leased; now, therefore,
0 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and Clerk be and they
hereby are authorized to cancel the lease heretofore
entered into with the Pure Oil Company, 'leasing to
the Village of Dublin a part of Lot 146 of the Village
of Dublin for and in consideration of the execution of
a new lease by and with the Pure Oil Company.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and Clerk be and they
hereby are authorized to enter into a new lease for
and on behalf of the Village of Dublin, as lessee,
with the Pure Oil Company, as lessor, of the follow-
n ing described real property, for a term of one (1)
year, at a rental of0ne ($1. 00) Dollar per year and
~_I upon such other terms and conditions as they see
fit:
Beginning at iron pin situated at northeast
corner of lot 146, south 88 feet and west 85 feet
thence north 88 feet thence east a distance of 85
feet to point of origin.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same
here by is, declared an emergency measure necessary
for the immediate preservation of the general welfare
of the Village for the reason that immediate action in
this regard is necessary to preserve the good will of the
Pure Oil Company toward the YiUage, and that this
Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
