ORDINANCE NO. 01- fo7 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
ORDINANCE EMPLOYING VILLAGE
SOLICITOR FOR THE YEAR 1967

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, fn of the members elected thereto con-
curring:
SECTION 1. That Donald G. Rose, Attorney
at Law, be, and he hereby is employed as Village
Solicitor for the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the
year 1967; that said Solicitor shall be paid .: the
sum of $300.00 per year for attending sixteen (16)
Council meetings per year; that said Solicitor
shall be paid the sum of $12. 50 per hour for the
preparation of Ordinances, Resolutions, Memoranda
eontracts and legal opinions; that said Solicitor shall
be paid the sum of $12. 50 per hour for attendance at
Mayor's Court; that said Solicitor shall be paid the
I""""l sum of $150.00 per day for all trial work; that said
Solicitor shall be paid the sum of $12.50 per hour
I for legal services incident to the prosecution or
defense of legal proceedings; that for legal services
incident to all public improvements, including the
preparation of legal opinions on aspects of sa id im-
provement progFams, the preparation of all memoranda
contracts, correspondance and the like, and for service
in connection with the issuance of bonds and notes and
payment thereof, said Solicitor shall be paid the sum
of $200.00 plus 2% of the total costs of said improve-
ments, and that said Solicitor shall bl,lli the Village
of Dublin quarterly and shall be paid quarterly for all
services rendered as Solicitor.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be and the same hereby
is declared to be an emergency measure necessary to the
public safety and general welfare of the Village of Dublin,
Ohio, for the reason that the Village has an immediate
need for the services of a Solicitor, and that this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force upon its passage.
