Amending Ordinance No.u1-66, the Appropriati~n Ordinance, providing i
for the appropriation of funds for the purchase of a garage to store highway
and other equipment.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, ~

of all members elected concurring:
I SECTION 1. That Ordinance No.o1-66, is hereby amended by adding I
the following expenditure from the General Fund under SectionL} of Ordinance I
No.o1-66.
Purchase of Garage for highway equipment $12,000.00
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is declared
~
. an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
safety, and that this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
