An ordinance providing for change in zoning of the property hereinafter described to industrial zoning under 'the General Zoning , I Ordinance of Dublin, Ohio. I WHEREAS, Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, has submitted to the Planning Commission the proposed modification changing the zoning from resiJ I dential to industrial zoning of the following described property, and that the Planning Commission has unanimously proposed and recommended the change and that Council did set the matter down for hearing after thirty (30) days I notice and, WHEREAS, said proposed hearing was held on the (, J1.Iday of Fk--6,f( OA Y . ];;i:i# . BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, I Ohio, that the following described property in the County of Franklin, Village I of Dublin, State of Ohio, to-wit: I . - Being part of Survey No. 2999, Virginia Military Lands, also being part of a certain 103. 190 acre tract as conveyed to J. Robert Orr and M. Pauline Orr by warranty deed, as the same is shown of record in Deed Book 2049, page 43, Franklin 6:ounty, Ohio records and being more particularly described as follows: '0. I I Beginning at an iron pin in the existing northerly Right of Way line of U. S. Rt #33, at its intersection with the survey line between V.M.S. #2542 and V.M.S. #2999; thence North 890 I 15' 49" West 1461. 92 feet in the existing northerly Right of I Way line of U. S. Rt. #33, to an iron pin, passing concrete Right of Way Monuments at 16.00 feet, 722.37 feet, and at 1458.57 feet; thence North 570 45' 49" West 58.28 feet along said Northerly Right of Way Line, to an iron pin on the Easterly Right of Way Line of Wilcox Road; thence North 890 15' 49" West 30.11 feet to II a P. K. spike marking the centerline of said Wilcox Rd. and in the ,. Northerly Right of Way Line of U. S. Rt. #33; thence North 040 02' 49" West 765.61 feet in the centerline of said Wilcox Rd., I to a railroad spike; thence South 890 15'49" East 1539.65 feet, parallel to the Northerly Right of Way Line of U. Any building or structures hereinafter erected, placed " or altered on any of the land described aforesaid shall not be erected nearer to the street line of any street or road than fifty (50) feet measured to the lot line and not the middle of the street or road.
