An ordinance providing for change in zoning of the property hereinafter described to industrial zoning ~nder the General Zoning Ordinance of Dublin, Ohio. WHEREAS, Council of the village of Dublin, Ohio, has sub- mitted to the Planning Commission the~proposed modification changing the zoning from residential to industrial zoning of the following described property, and that the Planning commission has unanimously proposed and recommended the change and that Council did set the matter down for hearing after thirty (30) r~\ days notice and, ~~ 'i7 WHEREAS, said proposed hearing was held on the 212vday of ,~ ~t \~ :Dee: etY1B(~ 1966. \j\ SECTION 1,. BE IT ORDAINED by the council of the Village of \~\-;t ~- Dublin, Ohio, that the following described property in~the ~'" - [t>\ County of Franklin, village of Dublin, State of Ohio, to-wit: .,~ ~ '\ Being all that territory in the Village of Dublin which is both south of the U.S. Route 33, Right of way and West of the Avery Road right 0~ of way and being more particularly described as follows: -.., Beginning at a point in the existing west survey line of the Virginia Military Survey 2999, said point being 25 feet north from (as measured at right angles) the existing center line of the Shier-Rings Road; thence, along the said existing west survey line of the virginia Military Survey 2999, North 3018'49" West 1323.32 feet to a point in the south right-of-way line of U.S. Route 33 (as delineated ~ in the recorded 1965 Ohio Dept. of Highway Center- line Survey Plat of Record in Plat Book 35, page 81); thence, along said south right-of-way line of U.S. Route 33 South 890 15'49" East 1050.01 feet to a " point; thence, continuing along said south right-of-wa' line South 390 02' 55" East 35.13 feet to a point in the West right of way line of Avery Road; the nc e, along the west right-of-way line of said Avery Road South 40 11' 49" East 1197.95 feet to a point in said . west right of way line of Avery Road 25 feet north fro (as measured at right angles) the existing center line of the Shier-Rings Road; thence, along a line 25 feet north from (as measured at right angles) and running parallel to the existing center line of the said Shier-Rings Road, South 850 34' 41" West 1089.00 feet to the place of beginning,. ~l - - - - - 1/ oJ' .. shall be and is hereby zoned for industrial zoning and shall be I '.
