I AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS I
FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE SAFETY-POLICE FUND,
THE STREET MAINTENANCE FUND AND THE BUILDING
~ il DEPARTMENT FUND: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS, the 1979 Appropriations Ordinance includes an appropri-
ation for TRANSFERS to these various other funds: I
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vi I lage of I
I Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:

SECTION I. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby IS, author~
ized and directed to make a TRANSFER from the GENERAL FUND to the I
SAFETY-POLICE FUND in the amount of $50,000.00, from the GENERAL
FUND to the STREET MAINTENANCE FUND in the amount of $10,000.00 I
and from the GENERAL FUND to the BUILDING DEPARTMENT FUND in the
I amount of $10,000.00.
I SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be and the same hereby is, de- II
I clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the I
I further reason that these TRANSFERS are immediately necessary to
I meet the obi igations of these various funds and therefore this I
Ordinance shal I take effect and be in force immediately upon its I
I 0 passage.
