AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT A MEMBER TO THE PARKS
AND RECREATION COMMITTEE: AND DECLARING AN
0 EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS, the term of a member of the Parks and Recreation Commit- I
I tee has expired and said member desires not to be considered for
re-appointment;
I
NOW, THE RE FORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vii lage of
I Dubl in, State of Ohio, (p of the elected members concurring:
SECT ION I . That Mary Ann Kratzer is hereby appointed to a two
(2) year term on the Parks and Recreation Committee, except how-
ever, said member shal I continue to serve unti I such time as
Counc i I does appoint a respective successor. I

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be and the same hereby IS, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the publ ic peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that this Committee has not functioned as a ful I
Committee for approximately one year, therefore, this Ordinance
sha II take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
