AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE DUBLIN
CEMETERY COMMISSION: AND SETTING THEIR TERMS.
n BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of Dublin, State of I

SECTION I . That the following named persons be, and they are I
hereby, appointed as members of the Dubl in Cemetery Commission:

SECTION 2. That the above named persons shal I serve as members
of the Dubl in Cemetery Commission until the first meeting of
Counc i I in the year 1980, and unt i I their successors are appoin-
ted, or until the i r death, resignation or removal for cause as
determined by Council.
SECTION 3. The members herein appointed to said Dublin Cemetery I

Commission shal I perform the functions and duties as prescribed I
and defined In Ordinance #09-76.

ted herein, sha II meet as soon as possible at the Municipal Bu i I ~- I
ing for the purpose of electing a chairman, adopting rules for I

I conducting business, organizing the Commission, and transacting t
any othe business which may come before the Commission at said
I meeting.
