OF ZONING APPEALS AND SETTING THEIR TERMS. I

SECTION 2. That the above named persons shall ,

of the Vi I lage Board of Zoning Appeals unti I the first meeting
I of Counc i I in the year 1980, and unt i I their successors are ap-
pointed, or unt i I the i r death, resignation or removal for cause
I as determined by Council.

SECTION 3. The members herein appointed acting as the Board of
I Zoning Appeals, sha II perform the functions and duties as pres-
cribed and defined by Ordinance #21-70 known as the Zoning Code
oft he V i I I age 0 f Dub I in, Ohio.

I SECTION 4. The members of the Board of Zoning Appeals appointed I
herein, shall meet as soon as possible at the Municipal Bui Iding
for the purpose of electing a chairman, adopting rules for con-
ducting business, organizing the Board, and transacting any othe I
business which may come before the Board at said meeting. I

I SECTION 5. The members of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall
I serve without compensation.
