AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE VILLAGE
ARCHITECTURAL BOARD AND SETTING THEIR TERMS. I

0 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Vi Ilage of Dublin, State
of Ohio, :; of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That the fol lowing named persons be and they hereby
are, appointed as members of the Architectural Board as created
in Ordinance 21-70, known as the Zoning Code of the Vi I lage of I
Dubl in, Ohio. I

SECTION 2. That the above named persons shal I serve as members I

Counc i I in the year 1980, and unt i I their successors and appoin- I

ted, or unt i I the ir death, resignation or removal for cause as

I SECTION 3. The members herein appointed, acting as the Archi- I
tectural Board sha II perform the functions and duties as pres-
I cribed and defined by Ordinance 21-70, known as the Zoning Code ~
of the Vi I lage of Dubl in, Ohio.

SECTION 4. The members of the Architectural Board appointed her ~- I
I in sha II meet as soon as possible at the Municipal Building for I
I the purpose of electing a chairman, adopting rules for the con-
I ducting of business, organizing the Board, and transacting any I

I other business which may come before the Board at said meeting. I

I SECTION 5. That members of the Architectural Board sha II serve I
without compensation. I
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in forc~ .
