I AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE PROBATIONARY APPOINTMENT
I .OF A FULL TIME POLICE OFFICER.

I WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Russel I
I Nitsch as a
~ full-time regular police officer of the Vi I lage of
Dubl in, Ohio for a six month probationary period; and
WHEREAS, Counc i I is of the opinion that this probat-
ionary appointment ought to be confirmed;
NOW, THERE FORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the

Vi I lage of Dubl in, State of Ohio, -2- of the elected
members concurring:
SECTION I. That the six month probationary appointment
by the Mayor of Russell Nitsch as a full time regular
I pol ice officer of the Vi I lage of Dubl in, Ohio, be and
I hereby IS, confirmed.

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
