AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE
FOR 1978 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, !

I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the I

SECTION I. That Ordinance No: 25-78, The Annual Approp- I
riation Ordinance for 1978, be, and it hereby IS, amend-
ed as fo I lows:
In appropriations from the GENERAL FUND by decreasing !
the appropriation for STREET liGHTS by the sum of $ 9,000.00 I
thereby decreasing said appropriation from $ 18,000.00 to
$ 9,000.00, and by increasing the appropr~ation ~or Cl~RICAl I
I ASSISTANT by the sum of $ 400.00 thereby IncreasIng saId
t appropriation from $ 4,200.00 to $ 4,600.00, by increasing I
I the appropriation for BUilDING INSPECTOR by the sum of I

ing the appropriation for CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS by the sum
of $ 80,000.00 thereby increasing said appropriation from I

I SECTION 3. From un-appropriated funds from receipts of
I Auto license Taxes the appropriations for the STREET DE-
I ~ PARTMENT are increased by the sum of $ 6,000.00 thereby
I I increasing said appropriations from $ 93,000.00 to $ 99,000.00

i ~ SECTION 4. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is de-
I clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for
I the further reason that these adjustments must be made prior
to the end of the fiscal year, therefore this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
