AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE PART OF AN I
EASEMENT ON LOT NUMBER 62,
MUIRFIELD VILLAGE - PHASE 1
~ WHEREAS, when Phase 1 was platted a lO-foot easement on Lo,t No.62 I
was given to the Village and:

WHEREAS, the Village needs only a 5-foot easement on Lot No. 62 I
and the additional 5-foot easement has created a hardship for I
I the property owner, it is now necessary that part of said
easement be vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
I Dublin, State of Ohio, , of the elected members concurring:

I Section 1. That the easement described on Exhibit "A" attached
and hereby made an official part of this Ordinance be, and the
same hereby is, vacated.
I Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
I force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. I
