AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE SAFETY-POLICE FUND:
AND DECLAR I NG AN, EMERGENCY.

\iJ WHEREAS, it is necessary to Transfer funds to the Safety-Pol ice
I Fund to meet the expenditures of the Pol ice Department for the I
balance of fiscal 1978; I

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of
Dubl in, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
I SECTION I . That the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to makE
I a TRANSFER from the GENERAL FUND to the SAFETY-POLICE FUND in thE
amount of $2.5',000.00.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
I preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that this TRANSFER IS immediately necessary to
I meet the Police Department expenses for the balance of fiscal
I 1978, therefore this Ordinance shal I take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
