I WHEREAS, the Vi I lage Administrator has advertised for
Maintenance Persons, and

WHEREAS, interviews have been conducted with al I app-
licants, and
WHEREAS, the Vii lage Administrator is now recommending
probationary appointments for the fol lowing named per-

I NOW, THERE FORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the
Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,___ of the elected
members concurring:
SECTION I. That the six (6) month probationary app- I

Persons be, and they hereby are, confirmed. ~

SECTION 2. These probationary appointments are con-

said examinations are not already certified.

is, declared to be an emergency measure necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, hea It h
and safety and for the further reason that due to re- I
cent resignations from the Department, these employees
are presently needed to provide the necessary services
I to Village residents, therefore this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force immediately upon its pass-
