AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LOWEST AND BEST BID FOR I
THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MUNICIPAL SEWAGE COLLECTION I
SYSTEM- PHASE II I N THE V I LLAGE OF DUBLI N: AND DE- I
~ CLARING AN EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 54-78 bids have been received for ,
I construction of said system and Federal E.P.A. has reviewed and I
approved the bid of the contractor submitting the lowest and best
I bid: and
I WHEREAS, Counci I has detemined that the bid of KoKosing Construct
I ion Company, Inc., for said construction in the amount of $2,668,
I 550.00 is the lowest and best bid.

I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of I
, Dub I in, State of Oh i 0, to of the elected members concurr i ng: ·
, SECTION I. That the bid of KoKosing Construction Company Inc.,
I for the construction of said system in accordance with the spec-
ifications presently on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer
be, and hereby IS, accepted. I
SECTION 2. That the Vii lage Administ.ato. and the Cle.k-T.easu.- I
er be and they hereby are, directed to execute a contract in the
I 0 name of the Village with the said KoKosing Construction Company, i
I I Inc., for the construction of said system in accordance with the I
II . specifications presently on file in the office of the Clerk-Trea- l
surer and in accordance with the said bid of KoKosing Constructio I
Company, Inc. I
, SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS, de- I
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate pre I
servation of the public peace, health and safety and for the furt er
reason that Federal E.P.A. has imposed a starting construction :
deadline, which has to be me~ therefore, this Ordinance shall I
take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage. I
