AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE VILLAGE I
OF DUBLIN COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION:
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

SECTION I. That the fol lowing named persons b~, and th~y hereby
are appointed as members of the Vii lage of Dublin Co~Hw~i Improve-
ment Corporation:

I SECTION 2. That the above named persons shall serve as members of I
I the Dublin C.I.C. for a period of one year from the effective date
of this Ordinance, and unti I their successors are appointed, or
I n unti I their death resignation, or removal for cause as determined
by Counc i I .
I t...i SECTION 3. The members of the Dubl in C.I.C. shall serve without
compensation.
I SECTION 4. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS, declar
ed to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preserv-
ation of the public peace, health and safety, and for the further
I reason that the organizat~on of the Dublin C.I.C. cannot be com- I
pleted unti I these appointments are made. Therefore this Ordinanc
I shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage. I
