I AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING APPROPRIATION OF PRO- ~ PERTY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PHASE II MUNICIPAL I SEWAGE COllECTION SYSTEM TO PROCEED. I - , , I I ~ WHEREAS, the Council of this Vi I lage on the 18th day of September 1978, passed ~ Resolution Declaring the Intent to appropriate Property for the Phase II Municipal Sewage Collection System, and WHEREAS, since the passage of the said Resolution Declaring Inten to Appropriate, the Village of Dublin has been unable to obtain easements of various property owners necessary for construction of the Phase I I Municipal Sewage Collection System: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: SECTION I. That the Village Solicitor be and hereby is directed to proceed to appropriate and to obtain by appropriation interest and easements In lands owned by property owners along the propose route of construction of the Phase I I Municipal Sewage Collection System and necessary to the construction thereof and previously described in the Resolution Declaring Intent to Appropriate Pro- perty for the Phase II Municipal Sewage Collection System and at- tached hereto as "Exhibit A" which is made a part hereof the same r-: as if fully rewritten herein. ~ SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS, de- clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate pre servation of the public peace, health and safety and for the furt er · reason that the Village does not want to jeopardize the E.P.A.
