I ~HEREAS, due to the fact that some of our Park projects had to be
re-bid because of excessive high bids, and as a result Godwin-Bohm
I did have to completely re-evaluate the project before re-bidding,
I and:

wHEREAS, due to many problems, particularly with construction con-
I tract on Avery Park-Phase I, the actual supervision and on site In-
spection hours were far greater than previously estimated in our
I contract with Godwin-Bohm, and:

I wHEREAS, as a result of the additional supervision and inspection, I
the Vii lage wi II be assured of a satisfactory finished product: I
I
I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Vi Ilage of I
I ~ublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: I
SECTION I
I I . The Vii lage Council in consideration of the additional
"10.: hours of supervision and inspection performed by Godwin-Bohm does

I hereby direct the Clerk-Treasurer to make payment of an additional
